(Note. I was advised by a friend that this is not the cheeriest topic. And he was wondering if I was again going to pick on our fellow Jews, as he is also Jewish. That is not the intent of what will be a multi-part post. Rather, the question at hand is whether or not Western Civilization, and the leaders of the Western world, have the wherewithal to defend the greatest civilization ever created. Or, will they stand by and watch, and even assist, in the fall of the West. Obviously, this topic could easily fill a book. I will try to keep it to no more than three parts, maybe two. And please excuse me if I jump around from country to country, and from Europe to America. My purpose is to let you see just how far off the rails America has gone in joining Europe.)
Let's start with America. Angie Nixon is running for a U.S. Senate seat in Florida. She is a member of the Democratic Socialists of America. Her social media manager had been Sara Mahmoud. Here are a few of Mahmoud's posts. "Glory and honor to our freedom fighters (in Hamas). Praying for their safety and success." That was posted in November, 2018, after Hamas sent 400 rockets into Israel. Israel vacated Gaza in 2005. Since then Hamas has launched tens of thousands of rockets and missiles into Israel, usually aimed at civilian populations. Mahmoud: "Can Zionists die already?" And: "Wow, white Jews are so entitled lmfaoooo please die."
And, like most Leftists who know no history but are filled with an abundance of hatred for Jews, she posted this: "Palestine is the land of the Arab Palestinian people, from it they originate, to it they adhere and belong, and about it they reach out and communicate." Palestine was first known as Judea and Samaria, Jewish land. Then it was Israel. Not just modern Israel, but ancient Israel under Kings Saul, David and Solomon. The Jewish people have thousands of years of history in that land.
(A word here. Israel, and support for Israel, and for the Jewish people, has been a turning point for the leftwing political parties here and in Europe. A conscious decision has been made by many in the West. Accept the Islamic takeover of their countries, and ignore the Jews. Jewish people have integrated into the countries in which they have lived. Radical Muslims have no intention of assimilating. Because assimilation is not their goal - domination is. All you have to do is look around the world to see the evidence for that.)
Ireland. Arguably the most antisemitic country in Europe. Here was the Irish Prime Minister, Michael Martin: Israel's response to October 7 was "absolutely disproportionate." Years ago I discussed the idiocy of the "disproportionate" argument. When the Germans were trying to level London, would he say the English response was "disproportionate?" And, as I have shown, there was no genocide in Gaza. Martin: "we want humanitarian aid going into Gaza. There's not enough humanitarian aid going in." Such a moron. Tons of aid have gone in. And only Israel is expected to feed an enemy population that is making war on them. But Israel does it. Then Hamas steals much of the aid for their fighters.
The Netherlands. This country imposed a nationwide ban on the "import, purchase and sale of goods produced in Israeli settlements," by which they mean the West Bank (Judea and Samaria), Jerusalem and the Golan Heights. In other words, anything beyond the so-called 1967 borders. Let's recall, again, that the 1967 borders were so sacrosanct, that in June, 1967, when Jordan controlled the West Bank and Jerusalem, and Syria controlled the Golan, the Arabs nevertheless attacked Israel within those 1967 borders, because they wanted to kill all the Jews. They lost. But even when they had the 1967 borders, they still wanted to kill the Jews.
Here's a fun fact. Anyone who violates the import prohibition faces fines and imprisonment. Imprisonment! An intentional violation can get you up to 6 years in prison. An unintentional violation can get you up to a year! The ban applies to any part of a product originating in the so-called settlements. The likely effect will be that companies refuse to import any products from Israel, lest any part of it might originate in a prohibited area. Because, somehow, it's Israel's fault that the Palestinians have turned down numerous offers of a state, preferring to continue their hundred years war against Israel and the Jews. That's right. The Arabs were killing Jews in the 1920's in the British Mandate area before there was a state of Israel.
The UK. British Foreign Secretary Ed Miliband called for a "reset" in relations with Israel. And he too has called for a ban on importing goods from the West Bank. I wonder how that would work out for them. According to the NY Post, 1 out of 7 pills dispensed by the Brit's National Health Service comes from an Israeli company, Teva. Not to mention the military technology Israel provides to the UK. And, of course, the significant intelligence given to the Brits. Israel should end all intelligence sharing and technology sharing with these cowards. Yes, cowards. Because many of these Western countries have become the land of the weak and the home of the cowards.
